Confirming each reservation personally gives us time to answer your questions and work through the details. You’ll have a personal point of contact from your first inquiry through your stay.

You’ll find homes in 30A and Alys Beach, Hilton Head, Miami, Montauk, and Nantucket; in Vail, Aspen, Chamonix, and the Dolomites; and across Italy, the South of France, Lisbon, and Costa Rica. We also offer residences in Nashville, California, Portland, Seattle, and the Catskills.

Each home is personally selected, with the same attention to setting, design, and comfort wherever you travel.

A kitchen stocked with your favorites, a private chef for an evening, or a car waiting when you land—we’re here to help with the details.

Our concierge can arrange private chefs and bartenders, daily housekeeping, beach service, in-home spa treatments, groceries before arrival, flights, private transfers, car rentals, yacht charters, ski access, and dining reservations. We can also help plan private celebrations at homes that welcome them.

Within a day, and often within hours, we’ll get back to you with suitable homes and complete pricing. From there, we’ll work through any questions and help you find the best fit.

Your reservation is confirmed with a signed rental agreement and the payment outlined in your proposal. The agreement is with Spaces of Luxury, LLC, which handles your payment directly and securely.

You’ll receive written confirmation of your reservation and a receipt for each payment. For stays booked well in advance, payment is divided into two installments. Your proposal will clearly set out the amounts and due dates.

We’ll share the full cancellation terms with your proposal, before you sign or make a payment. Those terms remain the same once your stay is confirmed, and we’re happy to talk you through them so you know what to expect.
